The processes include: copper material cutting, drilling, tapping, milling and cleaning, polishing, cleaning the copper comb on the equipment, marking the wooden handle, pressing the wooden handle sleeve, pressing the bar, twisting the comb, installing the wire, connecting the wire, threading the wire through the wooden handle, inspection, crimping the wire, manual testing, manual drying, assembly, and packaging.
This high-strength copper comb uses high-purity electrolytic copper and is CNC stamped in one piece, achieving a tooth gap precision of 0.1 mm. The production line incorporates German polishing technology, increasing the surface hardness of the comb by 40% and improving its conductivity to exceed industry standards. Currently, daily production exceeds 5,000 combs, and we have already signed long-term orders with dozens of foreign trade companies. This product series marks a new stage in the precision manufacturing of the traditional small hardware industry.
